We are a long established local small family business which appreciates the environmental benefits of traditional sustainable farming methods We pride ourselves on the high welfare standards our animals receive and in producing top quality meat.

Our Dexters are grass reared on our own land and we keep medical intervention to a minimum.

They graze on a mixture of ancient pasture and land under 'Countryside Stewardship', a scheme to promote wildlife friendly farming.

The meat is hung for a minimum of 3 weeks to enhance flavour and tenderness.
